So Damn Beautiful in Black

It's so easy to "run out of words" when you watch the EB Babes wearing black laced corset dresses, black stockings and high heels, and dancing invitingly to "Beautiful" by Akon, as they did today when they opened Taktak Mo O Tatakbo (TMOT).

Also in the show today was the Pik Mo segment where Precious Paola Nicole (Paolo Ballesteros) presented her video pick: the showtime number of Ann, Madel and Joyce last September 20, 2008.

In Sa Pula Sa Puti (SPSP), Ann and Molly supports one contestant in her "talent exhibition" by joining her in dancing to "Single Ladies".

A Confused Madel

How fitting it was that Madel was holding the box with the letter C, as she appeared Confused during the Coke Smile segment. When the letter C was selected by the audience, she didn't seem to know that she was holding it, and when she went to where Julia was, Julia asked, "kumain ka na ba?"

But then Ruby calls her back, "Dito, Madel! Ba't ka dyan pumupunta dyan?" and Julia goes to the floor laughing out loud, "puyat yan, puyat," she said.

"Pasaway na bata," says Ruby.

With a metallic beam as props, and in tight, sexy purple outfits, the EB Babes open Taktak Mo O Tatakbo (TMOT) with a killer dance number with Britney Spears' "Kill The Lights".

Later in the game, one of the questions was to fill in the blanks to the saying, "While there's life, there's _____. " And when the contestant couldn't answer it, Joey looks around, searching for Ann. When he found her, he asked her for the answer.

"Hop... hope," Ann stutters and Joey shouts, "Hopia!"

When I Grow Up

With their pleated short skirts and ties, the EB Babes open Taktak Mo O Tatakbo (TMOT) with a lovely number dancing to the Pussycat Dolls' "When I Grow Up". And then, during the game, Joey kept on teasing Molly, who was holding the letter B. He keeps calling her "Teri" and at one point asked her to act out the line, "My brother is not a pig!". Molly, of course, indulges him.

Teri?

With vividly colored wigs, outfits and ties, the EB Babes open Taktak Mo O Tatakbo (TMOT) with a vibrant number, dancing to "Mmm Papi" by Britney Spears.

And as Ann brought in the numbers for the audience-contestant drawing, he tells Vic that it's Madel's birthday (Madel's birthday is actually tomorrow, Feb. 13). They greet Madel and noted that she has the same birthday as Jose, who pretended he was annoyed.

Then, during the game, Joey De Leon interrupts Vic to bring in new EB Babe Molly, telling him it was former EB host Teri Onor, having gotten an operation. They asked her how she was, and as instructed she says, "masakit pa rin."

New EB Babe Molly and The Tropang Boleche

A pleasant surprise opens up Taktak Mo O Tatakbo as a new, unfamiliar face was seen with the EB Babes dancing in the TMOT opener. Turns out, she is a new recruit, joining the show for the first time. Her name is Molly Eva Baylon, 18, and hails from Cebu. She was a former member of the Sexbomb group and Pink Butterflies, prior to joining the EB Babes.

Meanwhile, in the game proper, Vic spots in the audience a group with a streamer calling themselves "Tropang Buletse", and asked Ann, whose surname is "Boleche", if she was with them. They also asked her about her family: "Tatay mo ba Boleche rin?", "Nanay mo Boleche rin?"

"Ay naku, isa lang masasabi ko: Boleche kayong lahat," Joey quips.

And the "Boleche" theme continues on. When the letters "H" and "B" were presented, Vic says, "B for Boleche", and when giving out the one thousand pesos "boundary cash", he says "One thousand, one thousand ... one Boleche!"

Miss na miss na namin ang EB Babes!

You know it's February when red becomes the norm, and the EB Babes turns red into red-hot with their red vests and ruffled shorts, as they open Taktak Mo O Tatakbo (TMOT) dancing to Britney Spears' "Trouble".

And just before the game proper begins, Joey says, "Miss na miss na namin ang EB Babes!" and Vic adds, talking to the girls, "Oo nga, saan san kayo nagpupunta? Kahapon wala kayo ... may mga taong malalaki". He, of course, was referring to yesterday's show with the Kitty Girls. The Kitty Girls took over the EB Babes' Wednesday slot. "Naumay kami," said Joey as Vic and Jose laughs.

They continued to tease the EB Babes with Vic saying, "parang may mga luha oh, mga mata nitong mga EB Babes," referring to the glitters in their eyes. And when introducing the "Bonggang Letters" song, Joey says, "mula sa mga miss na miss na namin nila Hey Jude, ang EB Babes!"

Joey went on to tease the girls throughout the game, calling Angel, "ang babaeng may itim na pakpak," and Belle, "ang babaeng waiting shed."

Circus

"I'm like a firecracker, I make it hot," Britney Spears sings in her song, "Circus", "All eyes on me in the center of the ring, just like a circus". And so is the case with the EB Babes when they danced to this song dressed in metallic purple and with a wild kind of look in the Taktak Mo O Tatakbo (TMOT) opening number.
