Open Happiness & KaKaibang Bida
Coca-Cola launches their new slogan, "Open Happiness" (in lieu of the previous "Coke Smile") in the Philippines and the EB Babes starts it off in Eat Bulaga with a dance number to the accompanying new song of the same title by the band Sandwich.
And on the same day, KaKaibang Bida (KKB) is introduced, a new talent search portion to replace Taktak Mo O Tatakbo (TMOT). The EB Babes participate in the Jackpot Round, presenting the "boxes" that holds the amount of bonus prize the contestant can win.
